About My Clients
I support clients facing anxiety, depression, OCD tendencies, and life transitions—especially around identity and pregnancy-related challenges. I work well with those from diaspora backgrounds navigating cultural expectations, perfectionism, or feeling stuck between worlds. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I help clients understand patterns, heal deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a space that feels safe and empowering.
My Background and Approach
I am trained through Behavioral Tech to provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have extensive trainings in Inference-based cognitive Behavior Therapy (I-CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Additionally, I have advanced trainings through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to walk alongside women navigating motherhood.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their inner worlds, the ways they adapt, and the stories they carry. Growing up across different countries and cultures, I learned early on how complex, nuanced, and resilient human beings can be. As an immigrant myself, I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate multiple identities, to straddle worlds, and to search for belonging. These experiences shaped my desire to create a space where others can be fully seen, heard, and supported as they work through life’s emotional and cultural complexities.
