Utilizing CBT, I help individuals identify and learn coping skills to overcome maladaptive thought patterns, behaviors, and difficult emotional experiences. I embrace a holistic and humanistic approach to build a honest, open, and trusting therapeutic relationship. Humanistic approach helps those who are struggling with finding a purpose or reaching their potential and have a low self-esteem. I believe that we all are unique and have the ability to make changes in our lives.
