About My Clients
My clients are teens, young adults and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Many are trying to balance work, family, school, or personal responsibilities while feeling emotionally exhausted. They are seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at KEFI Counseling in West Palm Beach, Florida. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, recognizing that every person’s experiences and goals are unique. I draw from evidence-based techniques while tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. Together, we will explore patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, build effective coping strategies, and work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. I believe therapy is a partnership, and my goal is to help clients feel empowered as they navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create positive changes in their lives.
