About My Clients
Whether you are are unsure of what to do next, have the desire to move forward or simply require a listening ear, we work together to decrease symptoms of anxiety or depression from historical trauma or life stressors. When it comes to facing transitions in life, things can get difficult to manage, we will work on coping skills to address those concerns. I've been able to assist with social-emotional barriers to family dynamics, financial concerns and provide psychosocial support.
My Background and Approach
