About My Clients

I help my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Through compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based strategies, I create a safe space where healing and growth can begin at your own pace.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. My experience spans supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel both empowering and practical—giving you tools you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen your coping skills, and develop strategies to help you navigate stress, relationships, and personal growth with greater confidence. focusing on self-doubt, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. In our sessions, we’ll talk about the things that feel heavy your stress, relationships, boundaries, and the expectations you’re constantly trying to meet. We’ll explore where those patterns come from and what’s My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and equipped to build the life you truly want.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. My work is rooted in compassion, equity, and empowerment. I believe growth happens when we have the courage to look within and the support to make meaningful change. My approach is guided by the belief that we can unlearn patterns that no longer serve us and replace them with self-acceptance, resilience, and purpose. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for women—especially women of color—to heal from stress, perfectionism, and self-doubt while rediscovering their voice and worth. Outside the therapy room, I value community connection and advocate for mental health access, racial and social justice, and women’s empowerment. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and helping them see that healing and growth are always possible.
