My Background and Approach
To help you make positive change, I will employ appropriate therapy techniques and evidence-based treatment approaches to examine your pain points and explore your values and your thought patterns. I hope that through working with me, you will gain insight into how your thought patterns impact the way you feel and behave. I have extensive experience working with people of all ages. I have had poster and oral presentations in professional conferences. I am also a co-author of an article published in a peer-reviewed journal about providing psycho-spiritual intervention to address the mental health needs of older adults.
