About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who is ready to seek out solutions together. Most of the clients I served had came in with chronic anxiety, major depressive disorders, and/or complex PTSD from childhood to adulthood. With a background in community mental health, I’ve spent the past five years working with BIPOC and marginalized communities. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in social justice—focused on creating meaningful change for both individuals and their communities.
My Background and Approach
My specialty falls into working with individuals from adolescents to adults, to family, and group therapy. I will help you find the strength to empower yourself, from overcoming difficult obstacles to getting around to the chore you have been avoiding for the past month. Life can get difficult but we will find a solution together. It can be extremely difficult to seek out help, whether it's due to bad experiences in the past or just the sheer anxiety of feeling vulnerable, regardless I am here to reassure you that we will work with your pace. The first steps are always the hardest, but I will invite you to take it anyways so we can work together in finding a path that best fits you.

I believe healing happens when we explore the past, understand the present, and move toward a future that feels authentic and empowering. Therapy with me is a space where you’ll feel supported, seen, and capable of real growth.
