About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and identity struggles. Many of my clients seek clarity, connection, and confidence in their personal lives or relationships. Whether you’re battling self-doubt, facing life transitions, or unpacking family dynamics, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow.
My Background and Approach
As a clinical mental health counselor under supervision, I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, relationship conflict, emotional dysregulation, and identity exploration. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Humanistic-Existential techniques. I also draw from the Deep Change model and use OARS communication to foster genuine connection. Whether you are a child struggling with behavior, a teen feeling misunderstood, or an adult seeking clarity, I help you explore your story and create new meaning. My goal is to build a therapeutic alliance rooted in safety, curiosity, and change that lasts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be inclusive, affirming, and rooted in empathy. I’m passionate about breaking generational cycles, empowering underserved communities, and advocating for mental health equity. I welcome all identities, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, and strive to offer a judgment-free space where you can be your full self. I’m also deeply influenced by my own journey of growth and faith, which inspires my commitment to helping others rediscover hope and purpose. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone.
