About My Clients
Do your emotions sometimes feel overwhelming like they take over before you can catch your breath? Do relationships feel intense, unstable, or like you’re constantly walking on eggshells? Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too much,” or you feel empty and misunderstood. I work with people who struggle with big feelings and patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard they try to change. Therapy with me is supportive, straightforward, and focused on helping you calm the chaos.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience helping people untangle the patterns that keep them stuck, whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationships that feel like constant roller coasters. My work focuses on trauma recovery, identity struggles, emotional dysregulation, and family conflict, because these are often the areas where life feels most overwhelming. My approach is straightforward and supportive. I don’t just listen and nod, I work with you to uncover what drives the chaos and give you practical tools that actually help in the moment. If you’ve been told you’re “too much” or felt like nobody truly understands, I specialize in creating a space where you can finally feel seen instead of judged. Together, we’ll focus on calming the storm, building healthier connections, and creating stability that lasts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can change at any point in their lives, no matter how long they’ve been stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break. What often looks like “brokenness” is really survival behaviors that once helped but no longer serve. That means you can learn new ways of coping and build a different future. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood and judged. That’s why my work focuses on honesty, compassion, and practical tools that actually work. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be fully yourself without fear of being “too much.” So, when you are ready to tackle those demons, let's have a chat.
