I have expertise working with LGBQ+ individuals, couples and families, including the transgender community. I believe that through our work together you will get an understanding of how behavior, thoughts, and emotions are linked together, and this exploration will allow you to develop new tools to navigate the challenges in life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) working with individuals and couples. My therapeutic approach is to help clients develop a better understanding of how their behavior, thoughts, and emotions are linked together; in turn, this exploration will allow them to develop new tools to navigate the challenges in life. I have a Master in Social Work from Rutgers University and a BA in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University. I am fully bilingual and can offer sessions in English or Spanish.
