I work with individual adults (18+) and from all walks of life, offering a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I have a deep belief in the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust and safety, I strive to work collaboratively with clients to build a strong foundation for their mental health and wellness journey. It is most important to me that you feel comfortable, so we will go at your pace and focus on areas you share as being most significant for you. I focus on using a Person-Centered approach to therapy; utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
