In that time In those nineteen years I have worked within psychiatric hospitals, prisons, children's homes, treatment centers, and now in private practice. I utilize an eclectic approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian, Erikson, and Good Lives Model treatment approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that without life balance there will be life struggles. I approach my treatment with individuals in a holistic approach. I want to get to know them and build on their strengths. In the end there is no better expert for the client than the client themselves. I feel being collaborative yields the most positive treatment results. I believe that each day is meant to be another day for learning, growth, and becoming your ideal self. We all face our ups and downs and I want to be there for people to help them regain their footing during the times they need it most. I am very active in various charities and believe in giving back to the community and advancing the human condition.
