About My Clients
You feel as if you're out-of-sync with life without knowing which way to turn. You struggle to know who you are, what you're made of, and what you're capable of. You wonder if you can make any sort of lasting impact in this world. Grief and loss over past relationships have led to a sense of disconnect towards the world around you. You want to feel your best, and I can help get you there.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and obtained my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lipscomb University in 2017. It's an honor to assist individuals in realizing the mind-body connection and implementing healthier thoughts and self-care towards themselves. My approaches allow clients the freedom and space to process and grow from memories that have haunted them or limited their full capacity to be present in their lives. I provide EMDR therapy in combination with mindfulness and Somatic and Attachment Focused approaches.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The past is only as present as we live it today. It is my privilege to accompany clients as they seek out a more authentic, peaceful, and fulfilled state. Adverse life experience and limiting beliefs often prevent individuals from realizing their full potential and power. I believe in the strength of kindness and compassion and strive to be a model of respect and inclusion for all. My style is more direct while still being empathetic for you to talk about what you're feeling and experiencing without judgment. I see my role as a being a guide towards personal transformation for all those who seek it.
