I like to work with the present moment, I believe that the past impacts the present. My clients often notice an increase in liveliness, connection, or a better understanding of who they are and where they’ve come from. My approach allows us to work on a wide variety of issues from depression, transitions, loss, or trauma.
My Background and Approach
I work in a client-centered, relational, gestalt approach. I am interested but not limited to existential, trauma, family, integrative, holistic, CBT, Jungian, and Hakomi approaches as well. I work with a variety of clients who range from transitions, relationships, to trauma.
