I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, and self-esteem.Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy, I tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual client. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client's unique journey.
