I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) serving women in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida. I specialize in sexual assault, domestic violence, and interpersonal trauma, with advanced training in trauma-informed care. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based work, and somatic/nervous-system-focused approaches to help reduce anxiety, process traumatic memories safely, and rebuild self-trust. I believe abuse thrives in silence, and I am committed to creating spaces where survivors are heard, believed, and empowered. While my faith informs my values, I never impose it. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, and for those who desire it, I offer faith-sensitive integration that honors autonomy and personal beliefs.
