My Background and Approach
The strategies and skills I will help you learn are the same strategies and tools that my clients have found success with over the years. In our first session we will develop our goals for therapy. I want you to develop tools which you can utilize in any environment. These tools will help you feel capable of managing any anxiety symptom or anxiety attack that you may encounter. We will also discuss why we get anxious and what happens in the body physically during an anxiety attack in order to develop your understanding of your own anxiety symptoms. You will gain confidence and strength so that you will never fear your own anxiety again.
