About My Clients
I'm passionate about connecting with my clients by meeting them where they are and creating a non-judgmental space for self-expression and healing. I strive to model seeing my clients authentically with the intention they, in turn, come to see and accept themselves more deeply. Therefore, most of my clients come to me because they are looking for a different approach to therapy. My clients come back for therapy with me because they are seen authentically and begin making progress.
My Background and Approach
I take a nontraditional approach to therapy. I provide a warm therapeutic environment to build a trusting relationship that fosters honesty, growth, and healing. My primary approach to therapy is rooted in the expressive arts and healing properties. Through our sessions, we will use numerous person-centered and strengths-based approaches to find inner strengths and help you reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe even the smallest of details matter. Therefore, I am accepting of all possibilities. I embrace all differences, no matter how huge or small you think they are.
