I believe that you are more than a diagnosis and I like to help you reach your full potential. If you are open minded and willing to take charge of your own life we will get along great! You also don’t need to know what’s wrong. All you need is a willingness to challenge the person in the mirror.
My Background and Approach
I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to help challenge the thoughts that are holding you back. For couples I am Gottman trained and I use Person/Client centered approaches to help meet both couples and individuals where they are at. I also use Adlerian, Rogerian, and ACT approaches as needed but CBT and Client Centered are my primary approaches.
