Throughout life, many of us receive messages that make us question our place or urge us to alter ourselves to fit societal norms. As people, we often adapt to our surroundings and relationships, establishing patterns that offer a sense of security. I work in collaboration with you to recognize and shift patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we work towards embracing aspects of yourself that may be hidden or under appreciated.
My Background and Approach
I typically work with individuals and couples/partners within the LGBTQIA+ community. I deeply appreciate the power that genuine connection and vulnerability within the therapy relationship can have in fostering personal growth and healing. I believe that meaningful transformations can occur within the safety of a trusted relationship, and I am passionate about supporting other queer and gender-nonconforming individuals as they embark on their journeys of self-discovery and inner exploration, tailored to their unique needs and desires. I often see folks who are exploring questions of identity, belonging, and self-discovery. Many of the people who seek me out are on a journey to uncover their true selves and establish harmony within. That might be around gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or any other questions you may want to explore about who you are.
