About My Clients
My clients are high achievers with the best intentions—driven, capable, and caring—yet often find themselves exhausted and unsure why. They may appear fine on the outside but feel worn out inside, carrying stories they’ve never had space to share. They deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported across every culture and part of their journey. I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families—especially from multicultural backgrounds—navigating transitions, identity, and belonging.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and attuned to the complexity of each client’s lived experience. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for exploring multicultural identities, multilingual experiences, and relational challenges. Integrating evidence-based practices with cultural sensitivity and mindfulness, I help clients strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Illinois, a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Master Counselor, a certified school social worker, and a yoga instructor with over 20 years of personal practice. I specialize in working with adults navigating dual diagnoses, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics, and have extensive experience supporting children of diverse abilities. Clients often find our work grounding and restorative—a space to heal, grow, and rediscover balance.
