Your symptoms didn’t come out of nowhere—they developed in response to what you’ve lived through. Adaptations. Chronic pain, chronic illness, grief, depression, exhaustion—after years of stress, loss, displacement, or having to be strong for too long. Some of the people I work with are navigating an invisible weight of cultural rupture & survival. Others live in bodies that hurt, are uncooperative & feel unfamiliar due to illness or trauma & systems that didn’t recognize your/their needs.

Therapy with me is practical, compassionate, & deeply attuned to the mind–body connection. A space where you don't have to translate yourself - You don't need the "right words."
