I specialize in counseling women who are moving from and towards relationships, women who want to love who they love, women beginning lives on their own, women transitioning from home to work and women who just want something to be different in their lives . We can access your own personal power and step by step stone by stone lay down a path towards the door you want to walk through.
My Background and Approach
My approach is simple. We talk, I carefully listen. I reflect back to you what I’ve heard you say to me. We look at how things are and how you want them to be. We discover your strengths and how your discovered strengthens can be used to move you towards creating what you want to be now. With an understanding of how our families and our society can have a powerful effect on our experience and prospective, we will discover how we can navigate your world. I have moved through many doors from lawyer to stay-at home mom to mental health therapist. I understand the fear that can keep you stuck, but also how to covert the energy of fear into the fire needed for forward movement. My ten years of experience as a therapist in counseling working with women and adolescents identifying across so many spectrums grounds me in understanding of the human experience.
