About My Clients
I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 15+) and young adults. Whether you're feeling stuck in your life, having difficulty managing your stressors, experiencing anxiety, feeling depressed, struggling in relationships, grieving, wanting more self-confidence, or simply want a warm, non-judgmental space to talk through your thoughts and feelings, I can support you. Therapy is all about self-discovery and making changes to feel better navigating your life.
My Background and Approach
I believe everyone needs someone to talk to that has full interest in YOU. It is my goal for every individual I work with to feel heard, validated, and supported so he/she can successfully navigate any challenge that may arise. My experience includes treating a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, stress management, self-esteem and self-worth, life transitions, family of origin conflicts, and identity work. I utilize holistic, integrative practices which often incorporates energy psychology, psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR, and a person-centered approach to working with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am certified in Mental Health Integrative Practices and always veer towards the most holistic, gentle, natural ways of healing and wellness. I tailor my approach to each individuals' needs and consider the entire person (mind, body, spirit, energy, etc.). Every person has the incredible ability to change and grow, and sometimes it's easier to do that with someone's support and perspective. That's what I am here to provide!
