About My Clients
Breaking unhelpful cycles of conflict and misunderstanding Rebuilding trust and security after hurt or betrayal Strengthening intimacy — emotional, physical, and spiritual Navigating life transitions such as marriage, parenting, or divorce recovery Developing tools for lasting connection and resilience
My Background and Approach
Clients describe me as warm, grounding, and nonjudgmental. I balance compassion with structure, giving each partner space to be heard while also guiding you toward practical strategies that can shift your relationship outside of therapy sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every relationship has the potential for healing. My role is to help you and your partner slow down, listen differently, and find new ways to communicate with honesty and compassion. I use a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral strategies, tailoring each session to your unique relationship dynamics.
