About My Clients
I work with each client to co create a healing roadmap that integrates trauma therapy, narrative and depth approaches, and culturally sensitive strategies. My clients are from diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientation, gender identities, neurodiversity, partnership/family, lifestyles, philosophies, and faiths. If you crave deep healing insight, and love unique life experiences, I am highly effective at supporting your process.
My Background and Approach
Elemental Counseling incorporates my clinical experiences in Community Mental Health, as well as my own growth and insights from Women's groups, Dream analysis, book discussion groups and personal practice. I am attuned to people who have a Nature Based or interfaith spiritual practice, artists, and others who lead unconventional lifestyles. When we collaborate on a treatment plan, I'm like a painter blending a lot of paints. Some pictures are small and abstract, others are detailed murals. Your therapy is a unique work of art. With my multidimensional approach, therapy is relevant and specific to each person's needs. My approach is eclectic and culturally informed – grounded in your values, identity, life stage and systems. We begin with a multidimensional assessment, then tailor interventions like graduated exposure, dream work, mindfulness tools, and narrative reframing to support insight, self regulation, and healing. I welcome and honor each person’s unique philosophy.

I believe that healing and meaningful transformation arise when therapy meets authenticity. I’m committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space where people of all philosophies, backgrounds, partnership styles, and spiritual traditions feel understood and affirmed. My therapeutic work supports personal meaning, self efficacy, and radical acceptance – while honoring lived experience, identity, and cultural context. I value curiosity, creativity, resilience, and the courage to reclaim one’s story. I celebrate diversity in spiritual and existential paths – from Buddhist, Pagan/Wiccan, Indigenous, Muslim, Christian, atheist/humanist, queer, kink positive, polyamorous, neurodivergent, artist, to high performer identities. My work centers on you – your voice, your meaning, your path. I love working with people who feel different!
