About My Clients

You may be carrying anxiety, old hurts, or the stress of a life change that has left you feeling unsteady. Relationships may feel harder than they should, or you may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together. I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal from painful experiences, and create meaningful change. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with your strengths. Healing begins exactly where you are.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, not judged. In my work, I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you're carrying, and notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I see therapy as a place to reconnect with your strengths, build self-trust, and find practical ways to move through life with more ease and confidence. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all process. I pay attention to what feels helpful, what feels hard, and what you need most in the room so we can shape therapy around your goals and your pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing begins with radical acceptance—meeting yourself exactly where you are, without shame, pressure, or the expectation that you should already have it all figured out. We all carry stories, habits, and coping strategies that once helped us survive difficult seasons, even if they no longer fit the life we want to build now. In therapy, I aim to create a space where every part of you can be met with curiosity, compassion, and care. I also believe that meaningful change grows from acceptance, not perfection. When we stop fighting ourselves, we can begin to notice what we need, what matters most, and what feels possible. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and make room for honesty, self-compassion, and growth at a pace that feels manageable and true to you. Above all, I believe you are worthy of support, healing, and belonging exactly as you are today.
