About My Clients
Is your teen struggling with making good choices, feeling isolated, experiencing school refusal, bullying or simply not thriving? When children enter school they may be exposed to new peer groups, academic demands or uncertainty in their environment. Parents often struggle how to best support their child. This is where counseling for children, teens and college students can provide guidance and support a child's social, emotional and academic growth.
My Background and Approach
Building a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, authenticity and compassion can provide your child with a safe place to begin to heal and understand the world around them. When you and your child are ready to get help, please connect with me. I am here to help with evening/weekends available. I offer in-person, virtual and Walk-and-Talk session options. Walk and talk is a unique approach where we take our session outdoors and enjoy the benefits of fresh air while your child and I walk through their challenges. I look forward to partnering with you to help you and your child find their personal goals and confidence needed to reach them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have supported children, adolescents and young adults extensively in my professional roles. I provide a neutral and safe place where children and parents can learn to work together while learning to cope with life stressors.
