About My Clients
My background includes working with adolescents, adults, and families for a myriad of clinical mental health needs, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and co-occurring substance use and mental health. I also have specialized experience with grief and bereavement, incarceration and re-integration, and trauma. Currently offering telehealth/virtual sessions only.

I practice from a person-centered therapeutic approach and focus on establishing a relationship with my clients to address their unique and specific needs. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients in my therapeutic work and always strive to understand my clients, their worldview and unique experiences and tailor therapy to meet their needs in the moment.
