About My Clients
Are you struggling with Trauma/PTSD? Maybe past experiences still bother you, make you anxious, or cause you to feel bad about yourself, you experience flashbacks, get triggered, have nightmares, or other symptoms of trauma. I know how challenging it is, and how it can block your ability to engage in your life, reach goals, or enjoy your relationships. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, and Trauma Specialist, I help you resolve traumatic memories and improve your life satisfaction.
My Background and Approach
I bring extensive life experience, education and training to our work. As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I utilize mindfulness and evidence-based, effective trauma treatment to help resolve trauma memories to an adaptive resolution. Together we will identify and develop positive resources to manage distress, and then we can reduce the distress and symptoms relating to your traumatic memories. EMDR often works much faster than simple talk therapy, and is recommended by the World Health Organization and the American Psychological Association for the treatment of trauma.

As a healer, I believe that we are all fellow travelers on our life journey. My mission is to support you in identifying and/or strengthening you inner wisdom and authentic self, no matter how you identify, or what you are struggling with. In our work together, you will find a safe space, with no judgment, and unconditional positive regard.
