As a Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience, I specialize in helping couples move from conflict and disconnection toward understanding, healing, and conscious connection. Drawing from attachment-based principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relationship-focused therapy, I help partners understand the protective patterns that emerge during conflict. Together we build the skills and awareness needed to create greater emotional safety, intimacy, and lasting connection.

We all have parts of ourselves that carry pain, protection, fear, or responsibility. IFS helps us understand these inner experiences with compassion rather than criticism. By building a relationship with your internal system, we can heal old wounds, release outdated survival strategies, and cultivate greater self-leadership. I am considered “IFS Informed” at this stage in my current training. I often integrate IFS with mindfulness and hypnotherapy to support deep, lasting transformation.
