The pandemic has stirred up pervasive stress and anxiety and is changing how we work, live, and socialize. For many, this is also a time when old wounds from the past are triggered.
My Background and Approach
You want to be more productive, eat well, exercise, and get along with your family. I hope to help you work toward these goals. Together, we can process and find solutions to alleviate the stress and anxiety from family conflicts, working from home, online learning, and the social isolation. I provide therapy either via video or outdoor (walk/talk). I will meet with you and/or the family to evaluate the problem and discuss the best approach to treatment.
