About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, introspective, and seeking therapy that goes beyond symptom management. Many are navigating anxiety, life transitions, attachment patterns, grief, creative blocks, or a sense of disconnection from meaning or the lived-body. Some come with prior therapy experience and are ready for deeper, more integrative work. I also work with therapists and helping professionals who want a reflective, embodied space for their own growth, clinical consultation, or advanced training.
My Background and Approach
I have a Ph.D. in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Masters in Clinical Social Work from UNCC. My background is in depth-oriented and somatic therapy, integrating body-based approaches with dream work and transpersonal perspectives. I work from the understanding that healing involves both insight and embodied experience, attending to nervous system patterns, unconscious processes, and symbolic meaning. Alongside my clinical practice, I provide training, consultation, and experiential learning opportunities for therapists seeking to deepen their embodied and imaginal clinical skills. I am also co-founder of CREATIVE DEPTH providing comprehensive training programs for clinicians and CE Hours are available for many of these programs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with those who desire to delve into the self-discovery process or wish to explore their creative work in depth. I have a strong focus on community engagement and actively serve as a board member with a non-profit organization and dedicate time to sharing depth psychological principals with a wider audience. As a depth psychologist with a strong background in the Arts, I continue to actively create through writing, painting, collage, sculpture, dream work and Argentine Tango. As an avid tango dancer I view the body as a living gateway to inner wisdom, creativity, and transformation.
