About My Clients
With an empathetic and strengths based approach, I aim to honor all parts of a client's context, culture and sense of themselves. I have experience working alongside folks who are dealing with marital issues, family struggles, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity issues, intercultural and/or interracial relationships, life transitions and many other areas.
My Background and Approach
The health of our relationships is key to our wellbeing. This includes the dynamic between therapist and client that is central to growth in therapy. My role is to come alongside individuals, couples and families who are struggling and offer support as they pursue their therapeutic goals. Bringing compassion, curiosity and openness to the therapy experience, I aim to walk with clients as they grow in insight and healing.
