About My Clients
There is nothing wrong with asking for help to change feelings associated with unhappiness, anxiety, anger, addiction or loss of identity. I specialize in maternal mental health and am here to help you find your path and navigate feelings of inadequacy, isolation, emotional distress, life transitions, adjustment to a new baby, going back to work, trauma or other issues. I am a mother of 3 and understand the demands of maintaining a work-life balance and coping with daily stressors.
My Background and Approach
I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist practicing in the state of Ohio since 2008. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, nursing homes and community mental health agencies. My approach towards therapy is an eclectic philosophy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution focused techniques. I also provide art therapy to clients when appropriate.

I am a very passionate and flexible therapist who will go above and beyond to find a way to connect with you on a level that will help you achieve your desired goals. In the therapy room I am compassionate, creative and accepting. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop insight and achieve mental wellness. Your unseen mental health is just as important as your physical health. Mental wellness is something we all strive for and deserve.
