About My Clients
I work with individuals who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in the impact of past trauma, or frustrated by the challenges of living with ADHD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves or the people around them. Whether you’re navigating constant worry, emotional reactivity, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, I offer a supportive space to explore what’s beneath the surface.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that our past experiences shape how we interact with others, regulate our emotions, and view ourselves—but they do not define us. I see mental health challenges as learned patterns of coping that, while once protective, may no longer serve us. In our work together, we’ll explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, not judgment. By developing healthier coping skills and reframing how you understand yourself and your relationships, you can create lasting change. I believe in your capacity to grow, heal, and discover the life you are meant to live—one rooted in authenticity, connection, and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We’ve all been shaped by our experiences—some that help us, and some that hold us back. They influence how we love, argue, listen, and even how we see our worth. But when we take the time to understand those experiences and learn new, healthier ways to cope, everything can change. We can connect more deeply, pursue our goals with confidence, and live with more freedom and happiness.
