Often times we face struggles and hardship without any support or guidance. Sometimes we suffer through anger, grief and loss, or going through a big life change alone. I specialize in working with issues around trauma, identity, self esteem, depression, anxiety, relationships concerns, and boundary setting.
My Background and Approach
I’m looking to provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults My approach includes CBT/DBT (cognitive behavioral therapy/ dialectical behavioral therapy) and brief solutions-focused therapy, crisis interventions, and Psychodynamic interventions.

I identified as Gay Black Social Worker professional who enjoys working with clients who are part of the LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC populations.
