About My Clients
The clients I connect with most are adults who are carrying heavy stress, anxiety, or self-doubt and want to feel more grounded and in control of their lives. I work with those who long for a safe place to process their struggles, build resilience, and move toward a more confident and fulfilling future.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate-level counselor-in-training working toward my M.Ed. in Counseling. My experience includes supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I bring a compassionate and collaborative style to therapy, focusing on uncovering strengths, building healthier coping strategies, and creating space for healing and growth. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your relationships, my goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges more confidently.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is the belief that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are. I care deeply about supporting mental health initiatives and advocating for people who feel overlooked or overwhelmed. Outside of counseling, I love creative projects, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and dogs — the simple things that bring me joy and balance.
