About My Clients
You built a life that checks all the boxes, but inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and misunderstood. You’re balancing a lot, but the self-doubt never quiets and it still doesn’t feel like enough. You’re “the strong one,” “the smart one”, the one everyone assumes doesn’t need support because you’ve always figured it out on your own, but it’s getting heavy... You do not have to carry it alone. Let me help you create a life centered on balance and clarity.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting Gen Z and millennials navigating anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and people-pleasing. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a new relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Together, we focus on accepting what is outside your control, noticing unhelpful thought patterns, and making space for difficult internal experiences. I’m passionate about helping you move out of survival mode and into a life that feels meaningful to you. We’ll explore triggers, build clarity and coping skills, and create actionable steps toward real change. If this feels right for you, let’s take the next step and book a consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can grow and transform at any point in their lives. Mental health challenges often come from patterns we’ve learned over time, and the good news is these patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of coping and living. As a child, I struggled with challenges related to undiagnosed ADHD, which contributed to depression and anxiety. Being diagnosed as an adult provided clarity and a framework for understanding myself, my patterns, and my strengths. Through my own therapy, I’ve learned to manage ADHD, anxiety, and perfectionist tendencies, and now I live a life I love, centered around my values. I became a therapist to be the person I needed when I was younger~ someone who could listen and guide during the darkest times. I am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and do not discriminate against anyone. If you’d like to learn more about how I can support you, feel free to reach out.
