Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when anxiety, depression, or major life changes get in the way of living the way you want. I work with adults and adolescents who are ready to understand what’s holding them back and move toward lasting change. In our work together, you can expect a warm, safe, and supportive space where your story matters.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and identify the barriers that may be keeping you stuck. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build awareness, develop new skills, and move toward the life you were meant to live.

I am passionate about this work because I know what it feels like to struggle—and I also know that change is possible. My goal is to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of purpose.
