About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals who have achieved success in the traditional sense, yet may struggle with depression, anxiety, intimate relationships, cross-cultural adjustment, challenging upbringing, or connecting with their innermost desires. I see my clients as “a whole person” and am dedicated to providing the best quality services to each individual, family, or couple that comes to Vivid World Psychology.
My Background and Approach
Approach: Taking a collaborative approach, I support my clients in their journey of healing and growth while providing much warmth, compassion, and humility. I have successfully helped adolescents and adults resolve issues that brought them to therapy and empowered them to find a meaningful life direction and build fulfilling relationships. Background: I received my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree at Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY. My training and professional experiences have primarily taken place in medical, community, school, and foster care settings. It is with these diverse experiences and the pursuit of my personal growth, that I have developed a deep understanding of human nature, desires, and critical elements of what makes a professional truly connect with her clients without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of empathy, respect, and inclusion as the foundation of healing. My values are shaped by a commitment to cultural understanding, social justice, and creating space where every voice feels heard. I actively support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and believe therapy should adapt to each individual’s unique identity and story. Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about community engagement and supporting causes that promote mental health access, cultural awareness, and equality. I also value the importance of family, meaningful relationships, and personal growth, and bring these beliefs into the therapeutic space. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where clients can discover their strengths and build lives that reflect their values and aspirations.
