About My Clients
Many of the people I work with look like they have it all together — the career, the competence, the résumé — while carrying old wounds, family expectations, or a quiet sense of not quite belonging. If that's you, you're in the right place. Populations I best serve are adult children of immigrants and multicultural clients, tech professionals and high-achievers, LGBTQIA+ clients and people exploring sexuality and intimacy, and trauma survivors, especially those with complex/relational trauma.
My Background and Approach
As you are unique, support is shaped around you and what works for you. I work primarily with adult children of immigrants and immigrants, helping you balance cultural identity and self. As a Level 1 IFS practitioner, I draw on somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches, using a range of therapeutic modalities and diverse backgrounds to help you. My approach blends relational therapy, attachment work, and Internal Family Systems. I'll offer compassion, and I'll also gently challenge what isn't serving you. My attachment work attunes to how early bonds leave a blueprint, and the relationship itself is the therapy. We slow down the space between you and others, trace where the patterns came from, and practice connection until security starts to feel learnable. My Humanistic lens runs through everything else. We take your whole life seriously — meaning, choice, purpose, grief — and trust that you are more than your symptoms, whatever you bring in.
