I truly believe in the power of counseling and a holistic approach to address challenges and create a healthier, more fulfilled life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, wanting to gain insights into your past, experiencing pandemic fatigue, or working though trauma, I am here to hold nonjudgmental space for you, to encourage you, and to gently challenge you. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, transparency and compassion.
My Background and Approach
I believe in tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet my client’s individualized needs. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, skiing, trail running, and spending time with my family in nature. I am a strong proponent of living a balanced, mindful, and holistic lifestyle. I offer telehealth sessions to clients located in Arizona. I am under the direct supervision of Nicole O’Hare, MS, LPC, CIMHP.
