About My Clients

I support my clients on their journey of learning to listen to the truth and wisdom of the body. Wounds suffered in relationship, must be healed in relationship. In a safe environment, my clients begin recognizing how their thoughts, physical sensations, and feelings impact their lives. I enjoy working with people who desire to move beyond limiting beliefs and stuck patterns into a life of expansion and healing.

My Background and Approach

I am an LMSW and Mind Body Practitioner. I am trained in EFT, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal and Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and currently working through ISTP Level 2. I am a certified Somatic Embodiment Practitioner and I have worked with clients from all walks of life and enjoy supporting them to navigate life's challenges. I have a background working with eating disorders and with group and individual therapy, which allows me to provide a holistic approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a mind body practitioner, I believe in guiding clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve wellness through learning to tune into and honor the wisdom of your body through individualized coaching sessions. Our bodies hold stress, tension, and past traumas that often result in physical symptoms and dysregulation. By supporting my clients to process and release painful emotions that have been suppressed over the years, they gain the ability to cope with life challenges.
