About My Clients
I work with adults who have narcissistic parents, parents who desire to consciously parent, postpartum adjustment, family issues, anxiety, depression & trauma. My clients are usually struggling with general life stress, low self-esteem, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, anxiety and fear; a sense of going through life not fully present or connected to the self.
My Background and Approach
Sessions are approached from a traditional counseling perspective as well as a holistic perspective, giving consideration to the overall mind, body, spirit, and emotion of the person. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, IFS, and DBT, as well as somatic healing, imagery, and my knowledge in Eastern healing arts. I am passionate about using these modalities paired with traditional psychotherapy to ensure paradigm shifts. I take a collaborative approach to help the clients identify their unconscious limiting beliefs and negative patterns based on their conditioning and guide them to connect with their truest self. My clients learn to be more in touch with their intuition, have an increased sense of self-empowerment, and an expanded toolbox of coping skills to navigate life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of attracting the quality life they want. It is incredible what setting intentions and orienting towards higher vibrations in our lives can do. I am passionate about the healing arts in all forms and welcome opportunities to expand my understanding of the human experience to better facilitate the transformational journey that my clients allow me to be a part of.
