You may feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsure how to express what you’re really going through. I specialize in working with men who are ready to break through those walls.

Depression often shows up as exhaustion, numbness, or a heaviness you can’t explain. It can rob you of joy, motivation, and your sense of purpose. I help clients move through the fog of depression by creating a space where you can be fully known—without pressure to pretend or perform. Whether you’re struggling to get out of bed, questioning your worth, or feeling disconnected from God and others, there is hope. Healing is possible, and together we can walk toward it, one step at a time.

Anxiety can feel like a constant undercurrent—racing thoughts, sleepless nights, an overwhelming sense that something’s not right even when everything looks fine on the surface. I work with individuals who are tired of living in a state of tension and fear. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your anxiety and develop tools to help you find peace, resilience, and rest—not just mentally, but spiritually as well.

I often draw from Person-Centered Therapy, also known as Rogerian Therapy—an approach that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and deep respect for your unique journey. In practical terms, this means that you’ll be fully seen and heard in our work together. I won’t try to "fix" you or rush you toward solutions. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you, offering a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles without fear of judgment.

In my counseling practice, I use IPT to help clients identify patterns in how they relate to others, especially during times of stress, loss, or change. Together, we explore how past experiences may be influencing present interactions, and we work to build healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and connecting authentically.

I integrate CBT with Christian values to support both emotional and spiritual growth. For example, we might work on identifying a recurring thought like “I’m a failure” or “I’m not good enough,” and then explore where that thought comes from, how it affects your emotions and behavior, and what God’s truth says in contrast. This process helps you renew your mind (Romans 12:2) and live with greater freedom, peace, and purpose.
