About My Clients

My clients identify as Queer/Trans, Geeky, Kinky, and/or ethically non-monogamous, and may be navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, or ADHD. They’re looking for support to explore and understand their identity—whether that’s gender, sexuality, purpose, or relationships. We work on improving communication, building resilience, and developing coping skills. My goal is to help clients embrace their authentic selves, increase self-awareness, and foster healthy, fulfilling connections.

My Background and Approach

I’m a polyamorous trans man with a background in supporting marginalized communities, including two years as an Outreach Coordinator at Lost-n-Found Youth, an LGBTQIA+ homeless shelter. In this role, I assisted individuals facing rejection, addiction, and exploitation, while creating resources on gender and sexuality. I also volunteer at conventions to raise awareness for community mental health and wellbeing. My therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Geek Therapy, and person-centered methods. These techniques are designed to help clients build resilience, improve communication, and develop coping skills. Therapy with me is rooted in curiosity, clarity, and compassion, empowering individuals to move forward in their personal growth and healing journey.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of community. It's the reason I became a therapist. Community saved me and drives my passion to lift up others. I have volunteered with groups such as NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Lost-n-Found Youth (LGBTQ+ homeless shelter), and local geeky conventions where I saw how connection and support are crucial for marginalized individuals. I've had the privilege of contributing to spaces where BIPOC voices thrive, including Furry Weekend Atlanta, Sex Down South, Southern Fried Queer Pride, and Clayton State University. These experiences have deepened my commitment to supporting marginalized communities, especially those facing mental health challenges and systemic oppression. I strive to create spaces where people can grow, embrace their authentic selves, and overcome the barriers that impact their wellbeing. My mission is to continue fostering resilience and support for communities who need it most, ensuring we rise together in the face of adversity.
