Someone that is tired of side effects to medications and is looking for a holistic approach through more tolerable quality medications (if they opt to), learn and gain more insight through therapy. They would be interested to understand the benefits of alternative medicine, which tends to be overlooked in the psychiatric industry though its been used for hundreds if not thousands of years. We fully integrate the experience so you understand and conquer your underlying symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I was trained at the Harvard of the Midwest - Washinton University at St. Louis where I did my child psychiatric fellowship. I learned various types of therapy including CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, etc. I did my residency at Wright State University under a psychoanalyst, requiring ongoing psychodynamic psychotherapy training for 3 years. I have found an interest in alternative medicine and have read various research based books on the benefits of herbs and remedies for mental health which tend to have less side effects.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am open and honest with everyone. I like to speak my mind however communicate with clarity and intense. I worked with the vulnerable population and they liked my style and approach. I am human and tangible.
