About My Clients
I am familiar with depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, panic disorder as well as bipolar disorders, and like to educate my clients about mental health and medications, proper drug use and interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illness. I look forward to working together.
My Background and Approach
My treatment approach is supporting the mind and body of each individual while utilizing the most modern approaches to neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management. I utilize talk therapy, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, solution-focused therapy as well as CBT. My goal is to make sure you leave the session understanding what the treatment plan is. I always collaborate with the client to come up with the best treatment plan that works and is comforting for the client. Progress and collaboration are the key.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Hello, I am originally from Ukraine and immigrated to the United States when I was 13 years old. Growing up in the USA gave a sense of diversity and acceptance of all and now I get to spread it as well. I am very open minded and accepting and love helping and making a world a better place.
