About My Clients

Do you feel stuck in relationship patterns that don't serve you? I work with individuals, partners, and constellations—often queer, neurodivergent, or practicing poly/CNM—navigating relationship anxiety and identity. Whether you are exploring non-monogamy for the first time or untangling years of societal "shoulds," I help you move toward a life rooted in pleasure and authenticity. If you're seeking deeper intimacy or navigating family dynamics, you belong here.

My Background and Approach

My approach is rooted in the belief that the connection between therapist and client is the primary catalyst for change. Drawing on a psychodynamic perspective, I help you edit the external scripts that keep you from the intimacy you deserve. I believe pleasure is a birthright. I incorporate somatic awareness because our nervous systems often hold the shame our minds are ready to let go of. By tuning into your body as a compass, we move from "thinking about" change to actually feeling it. With four years as a Sexuality Educator and experience in the Peace Corps (Liberia), I offer inclusive, intimacy-informed care. I provide a neuro-affirming and poly-expansive space where every part of you—the intellectual, the somatic, and the storied—is welcome. We'll work to "dream your undreamt dreams" and build a life that feels authentically lived-in.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that personal healing is deeply tied to social liberation. Growing up in a large, conservative family as a first-generation American on my father’s side, I am intimately aware of the friction between cultural traditions and individual identity. I know the weight of navigating "shoulds" and expectations while seeking a life that feels authentic to who I am today. Because of my own journey, I am a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, poly/CNM visibility, and neuro-affirming practices. I believe in the power of showing up—not just in the therapy room, but in the civic life of the place I call home. When I’m not working, you’ll find me engaging in the local advocacy scene of Old Town Fort Collins or dancing to live to music, walking my dog, chatting with my neighbors, and eating yummy vegan food.
